Packaging & Shipping

A Flat-Rate Handling Charge of $11.60 is added to each order. This single fee includes all shipping expenses:
• USPS 2-Day Priority Mail shipping to US addresses, with Order Tracking and Delivery Confirmation.
• USPS Full Replacement Insurance.
• Professional Packaging: each print is packaged in individual, clear, archival envelopes with archival backboards. These envelopes are held between layers of heavy-weight corrugated cardboard pads. Prints are shipped either in heavy envelopes or in strong, custom-sized corrugated boxes, depending on quantity ordered. Packaging is carefully assembled to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition.

There are NO other charges or fees added to your order. The Flat-Rate Handling Charge is the same whether you order one print or one hundred. Of course, my shipping expenses increase with larger orders; however, I will pay these added costs rather than charge them to you. In addition to this savings, you will also receive order-total discounts.
I Want you to have my beautiful art prints. These savings are one way I hope to say “Thank You” for collecting my artwork.

Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged shipment, please take prints and all packaging to the post office as soon as possible to initiate a claim. When the USPS has completed their claims procedure, replacement prints will be sent to you. Prints are packaged very carefully. Shipping damage is unusual.

Returns

You may return prints if you are unhappy with them. Please return undamaged prints in their unopened, archival envelopes; in their original mail packaging, USPS Priority Mail, Insured for full replacement value, to the return address provided, within 30 days of receiving them. Bent, marked, stained, or mishandled prints will not be accepted for reimbursement. If you would be so kind, please enclose a note or send me an e-mail explaining why you are returning your prints. Thank you!
